1. Return Policy
Please return the product within 5days
We will deliver the replace or exchange product within 3-5 days
If the product is defective or damaged please return the product within 5 days
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases: The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The order cannot be fulfilled due to manufacturing constraints.
The item was lost in transit and cannot be replaced.
Refunds will not be provided for: Incorrect orders due to user-submitted wrong designs or specifications.
Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to 3D printing limitations.
Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Reporting an Issue
Any issues must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
Customers must provide clear photographic proof of the defect or damage.
Email the details to sales@sculptforge.com with your order number and photos attached.
4. Refund Process
Once we verify the issue, we will process a full or partial refund based on the nature of the problem.
Once we verify the refund request we will credit the refund to original payment method within 6-7 days
5. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once processing has started.
If a cancellation request is made before processing begins, a partial refund may be granted (excluding payment gateway fees).
